Directions to Borromeo Seminary
TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION:
For graduates of Borromeo Seminary/Borromeo College of Ohio (prior to 1991), to request a transcript, please send a written request with the following information:
- full name
- year of graduation/years attended
- where you would like the transcript sent, and
- please sign and date your request
Cost of each transcript is $7.00 (checks should be made payable to Borromeo Seminary). Mail your written request and check to Terri Zakraysek, Borromeo Seminary, 28700 Euclid Avenue, Wickliffe, OH 44092. Students attending Borromeo Seminary beginning with the Fall, 1991 semester need to contact John Carroll University for their transcripts.
