I am the third of four boys raised in the very Catholic Carson clan. A Catholic schoolboy my entire life, I spent most of my senior year of high school planning to explore new waters in a large public university. The Lord had other plans. Through the vehicles of active vocational direction, superb role models, and excellent questions, He managed to convince me that Borromeo Seminary is where I need to be. Having been blessed to know many great priests through my parish, St Peter in North Ridgeville, I saw how great it is to receive a call to the priesthood. Coupled with the seminary offering a definite end – a well-discerned vocation – that regular universities cannot provide, it is clear to me that I will grow best over the coming year in this program of priestly formation.
